We stayed here for one night and would definitely consider coming back, the accommodations were luxurious and the staff was friendly and attentive.

the hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a residential area, so close to the city center, and the 5th avenue. the location was good for walking around centro maya.

Deluxe hotel, reasonably spacious rooms. Helpful, amicable staff with smiling face. Separate bedroom. Had a full kitchen. Particularly good and great location, 10 minutes' walk to Quinta Avenida. Loved safe area...

The staff here are super helpful and really go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. the vibe is nice and chill. the rooms are huge - they've got everything you need like coffee/tea makers, a fridge, and even a stovetop to cook on! 🌟
